Hello it’s me!
My name is Zoe Riviere I am a senior double majoring in Human Development and Psychology with a minor in Leadership and Social Change. I am expected to graduate in May 2016, and excited to get into the work force. I recently went on a study abroad program to Lugano, Switzerland and Adigrat, Ethiopia. While there I truly learned about myself and what it takes to be an effective leader. This eportfolio discusses my leadership involvement and study during my four years at Virginia Tech. This portfolio is a place to explain my involvement during my college career and my various leadership roles I have help up to this point.
After my study abroad trip I have a desire to keep traveling and now find it one of my greatest interests. I also enjoy running, photography and, hanging out with my friends.
My personal definition of leadership is, an individual or group that takes others ideas into consideration and takes initiative to oversee responsibilities towards a shared goal. This is my definition because I believe in my experience I have seen that this is what defines a good leader.
